Houston's Custom Wood Plantation Shutters

HTX Shutters did an amazing job from start to finish! Jason, one of the owners, personally came out to take the measurements and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The entire company is very modern and forward-thinking. You can schedule appointments online, use their website's shutter calculator to estimate costs, and receive helpful appointment reminders throughout the process. They make everything incredibly convenient and easy. The installation turned out beautifully, and we couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for quality shutters and a company that provides excellent service while making the entire process simple, I highly recommend HTX Shutters!

We purchased HTX shutters for our new construction home and couldn’t be more pleased. Jason was thorough and communicated throughout the process. His installation crew was quiet, quick and other than blinds left no trace they were here. HTX delivers high quality blinds and a fair price with excellent service. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had a great experience with HTX Shutters. Jason was great to work with to do the measurements and provide the estimate. He gives you all the information you need and was easy to communicate via text and phone to schedule. I had my main level of my townhouse done. A big picture window with 4 panes (bi-fold), two side panels next to the picture window, two tall kitchen windows, the kitchen door, and a window over the sink. Total cost $3,711. The installers arrived on time and were professional and did a great job. They look fantastic and from first visit to install was about 4 1/2 weeks. The photos don't do them justice, it was hard to get a good photo because of the light coming in but they are high quality and look fantastic in the room. Highly recommend HTX Shutters!

Jason and crew are first class! I can’t recommend them enough, and appreciate their attention to detail from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with the shutters and the value was amazing, very fair pricing. Always a fan of support a small biz vs. the big players that rip you off. Call these guys first!

From start to finish HTX Shutters were amazing!!! The packet that was personalized for us, to the explanation of the shutters and craftsmanship they offer was very professional and knowledgeable. When we got the quote for the full wood shutters it beat the others out of the park! I highly recommend HTX Shutters. We couldn’t be happier!

Our Experience from beginning to end was Phenomenal! When I reached out for a free estimate I contacted 3 places so I would have a good Idea around prices; however I could not get the other 2 places to respond. Jason with HTX shutters responded promptly and had an appointment set up quickly. After first consultation he came and measured all the spaces to get an accurate estimate and start work. He kept me well informed through the whole process and they were able to install ahead of schedule (I know this is not always the case). The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. They are all very professional and kept your spaces clean. I also love that they are a local business because you get that extra care and detail that is missing from large companies. I cant recommend them enough!

Jason did an excellent job of helping us pick out new shutters for our house. He was very communicative throughout the process and provided flexibility with us on the date of install. The shutters are very well crafted and look very professionally installed! Highly recommend Jason and his team if you are looking for new shutters.

HTX Shutters is a fabulous company and does excellent work. The team that did the measuring and installing in our home was nothing less than professional, courteous, and very helpful. They explained the features of the shutters and helped answer other questions we had about the installation and maintenance. Their pricing was incredibly fair and competitive with other companies in the area. On the day of installation, they arrived promptly and worked diligently. They were thorough with their installation and did not leave any trash/debris behind. I can't recommend HTX Shutters enough for plantation shutter installation. These shutters have added so much to our home in terms of spatial design and value. Thanks again HTX Shutters. You have a very satisfied customer here.

HTX Shutters is fantastic! From the initial consult to the finished product, Jason and his team took excellent care of us. Their pricing was great, communication was clear, and delivery and installation were both prompt and seamless. You can tell they truly care about getting every detail just right. Our experience with HTX shutters was seamless! We worked with Jason who came to our new home to discuss the options as well as the cost. After we decided to go with HTX, Jason came back to do the exact measuring and to verify any other details. The shutters were ready and installed about two weeks earlier than originally expected. And they look fabulous! On the delivery day, Jason arrived with two assistants. The three men went to work and in about 1.5 hours, all 24 shutters were properly installed, dust and debris was tidied up, and the men left the property. Jason was always prompt and extremely courteous; he was not put off by the move-in and minor construction nature of our new home. His men were very pleasant, but also task-oriented! I think we will have a long and happy relationship with our shutters! Thanks to you, Jason and HTX Shutters!

HTX Shutters did an absolutely phenomenal job with my window treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. From the moment I reached out, the professionalism was evident. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, which impressed me right away. I had already seen Jason’s work firsthand at my neighbor’s home, so I knew the quality and craftsmanship were top-notch before he even stepped through my door. Within about two weeks, my shutters were installed beautifully, and I am one very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you, Jason, for a job exceptionally well done! Highly recommend HTX Shutters to anyone looking for quality window treatments and a smooth, professional experience.

I did a chatGPT search and it led me to Jason at HTX Shutters. It was the easiest process and it looks amazing. He was very professional and informative. The cost of the shutters was also super reasonable compared to other quotes. I couldn’t be happier. I think I’ve made 2 google reviews in my life but felt I really needed to for him and this product. Highly recommend!

Worked with Jason on furnishing our home with shutters. Top notch customer service!! Shutters were delivered and installed ontime. Very high quality!! Had shutters in another home and these shutters from HTX blow them away in quality!!! Look no further if your in the market for window shutters. I highly recommend HTX and will be contacting them to finish out our home.

I cannot recommend HTX shutters more. They made the whole process so easy! From the first consultation things were already so smooth. Jason made time to come visit my house and get measurements on a Sunday because that’s the only day that worked for us. 5 weeks later, my install was here and the team moved quick but carefully. The product itself is everything I wanted! Quality material and quality paint make all the difference. Thanks guys!

Working with HTX Shutters was a great experience! We met and compared several shutter companies, but Jason not only offered a competitive price, but also high quality with earlier delivery! We cannot express how pleased and impressed we have been with our new shutters. Jason and his entire team were super professional and excellent to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in plantation shutters! Thank you! G & A Taylor

HTX Shutters did a fabulous job from start to finish. Totally seamless. Jason and his team were in and out in two hours on the installation on 15 windows. They are organized and we didn't wait long on the build. Wood is the way to go. Polywood didn't impress me or my wife. There was no sticker shock either. I absolutely recommend. Job well done, gentlemen. Thank you. - - - - Terry Pelz, Missouri City.

Over the last several months, I have had the pleasure of working with HTX Shutters for the installation of Plantation Shutters throughout my home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience with HTX Shutters exceeded my expectations, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating. The customer service provided by the HTX Shutters team was exceptional. Jason is the exact reason I like working with small businesses. The level of care and attention to detail far exceeds big box stores. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the HTX team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction as well as their product. They took the time to understand my preferences and offered valuable insights, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. On top of that, I have to admit I am not an easy customer. I am OCD, so even slight errors of misalignment cause me frustration – I know it sounds absurd. Jason took the time to realign my shutters in the master bedroom to my liking. Thank you for taking the time to fix that Jason. The quality of the Plantation Shutters is outstanding, and I have to be honest. It immediately takes your home from nice to WOW! With HTX shutters you don’t get just shutters but you get a team that wants their work product to speak for their values. My experience with HTX Shutters has been nothing short of fantastic - Five stars well-deserved!
